Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Store Manager to join our team at M & M Meat Shop. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to determine consumer demand and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold in our store, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies to ensure that our customers receive fair value for their purchases.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring that it meets our quality standards.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our store and attract new customers.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to ensure the financial health of our store.
- Staffing and Scheduling: Determine staffing requirements and schedule staff to ensure that our store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
