Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Primary Care team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement care plans that promote health and well-being for our patients.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
• Provide individualized interventions and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy

Requirements:
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
