At CentiMark Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Flooring Foreman to lead our flooring installation team.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong background in commercial flooring experience. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of meeting production targets.

Responsibilities
  • Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems to the highest quality standards
  • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your team
  • Properly use equipment and materials, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices
  • Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets, driving efficiency and productivity within the team
  • Input timely hours, accurately recording work completed and time spent on tasks
Requirements
  • Commercial flooring experience is preferred, but not essential; we are willing to train the right candidate
  • All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town for extended periods, accommodating project requirements and company needs
  • The ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is essential, as this role may involve flexible scheduling to meet project deadlines
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, ensuring you can safely travel to job sites and transport equipment and materials as needed
  • You must be 18 years of age or older, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and obtain a respirator medical evaluation, which includes passing a fit test
  • Authorized to work in the United States, with a valid Social Security number
