Sales Leadership Opportunity with Sunrise Senior Living

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as a Sales Director. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Become an integral part of our senior leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive leads.
- Nurture existing relationships and establish new connections to expand our network.
- Lead by example, training and mentoring junior team members to ensure their success.
- Promote the Sunrise Story through various events and activities, showcasing our commitment to quality care and exceptional resident experiences.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
Your Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the senior living or related industries (hotel/hospitality, healthcare).
- A proven track record of successful sales performance, with a focus on relationship-building and local market knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate small-group presentations and effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring seamless execution of multiple priorities and tasks.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend shifts and evening work, as required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience using client relationship management tools a plus.
