Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Warehouse Manager to join our team in KBR. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the overall function of our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials and supplies, ensuring that they are accurately recorded and managed within the warehouse management system.
  • Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in warehouse management, preferably in a supervisory role;
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills;
  • Able to lift up to 35lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
