About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Cefa Morgan Crossing. As a key member of our childcare centre, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and development of young children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Guide and assist children in establishing healthy habits, including eating, dressing, and toilet routines.
  • Monitor children's progress, identifying potential learning or behavioral issues, and prepare comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Experience in childcare an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
