Job Title: Technical Support Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Caliph Digital Ltd. as a key member of our technical support group.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Supervisor will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and supervising a team of technical support analysts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and experience in a supervisory role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve complex technical issues and escalate to senior technical staff as needed
  • Supervise a team of technical support analysts, providing guidance and coaching as needed
  • Develop and implement technical support processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technical trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a technical support role, with at least 6 months in a supervisory capacity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical background, with experience in Linux, HTML, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
