The position summary for this role is as follows:

Position Summary
  • Deliver EFAP services including confidential counselling, case management, direct clinical services, and assessments
  • Receive case assignments, establish treatment plans, and complete case progress notes
  • Develop service plans outlining specific actions for each client under periodical supervision
  • Complete comprehensive psycho-social assessments on clients as needed
  • Participate in in-house training as required
  • Respond to crisis calls from the Client Services Center as needed
  • Provide after-hours crisis call services (1-2 nights per week until 8-9 PM and Saturdays if required)

This role requires a Master's degree in Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline, along with valid registration with the relevant governing body. A minimum of three years' experience in counselling, knowledge of assessment, crisis management, and EFAP services are also essential.
