Job Title: Head Chef for Mexican Cuisine
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Sabores Mexican Cuisine. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure consistency and quality of food.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and supplies to ensure optimal use of resources.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Train and develop staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing kitchen teams.
- Excellent culinary skills, knowledge of Mexican cuisine, and menu planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
