Culinary Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Limited.

As a key member of our food service management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food and services meet the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role and a secondary (high) school graduation certificate. They will be willing to relocate and possess excellent oral communication skills.

This is a permanent position with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Ensure that all food and services meet quality control standards and address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.

The successful candidate will also have knowledge of various culinary genres and be able to establish work schedules to meet business needs. They will work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods. A strong client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and flexibility are essential for this role.
