Job Title: Senior Culinary Manager

About Us: At Foyer Bois Joli inc., we are looking for a skilled Senior Culinary Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinate special events, such as catering for large groups and planning menus for company events.
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs, ensuring that we provide the best value for our customers.
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for our restaurants and cafes, ensuring that we meet the demands of our customers.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that our kitchens are fully stocked and equipped to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food that meets their expectations.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas, ensuring that our kitchens and food service areas are clean and meet health and safety standards.
  • Order supplies and equipment, ensuring that our kitchens are fully equipped and stocked with the latest equipment and supplies.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that our kitchen staff are trained and equipped to meet the demands of our customers.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, ensuring that we have accurate records of our inventory and can meet the demands of our customers.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, ensuring that our kitchens and work areas are clean and meet health and safety standards.
