Job Summary
DRIVEX GROUP LTD. is seeking a skilled Financial Record Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Post journal entries and prepare other financial reports
- Reconcile accounts and prepare trial balance of books
- Prepare tax returns and other financial documents
Requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
Work Environment
- 35 hours per week
- Work Language: English
