Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead our team at a small long-term care home nestled in this stunning region. As CNO, you will be responsible for overall management and oversight of day-to-day operations, including resident care, programs, services, environmental, building maintenance, and fiscal performance.

Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality resident care and services.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to improve operational efficiency, patient outcomes, and staff engagement.
  3. Collaborate with external partners to ensure seamless integration of services and programs.
Requirements
  • Degree in Nursing or related field and current registration as RN or LPN in BC.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a comparable leadership role in long-term care or gerontology.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, professional development opportunities, and a chance to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
