Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary: As a Customer Service Representative at Kohltech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our dealers to identify their needs and provide solutions that meet their long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer tailored product solutions to dealers and potential clients, leveraging your knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Respond to daily customer inquiries and promote the Quality and Service of the Kohltech brand to drive revenue growth.
  • Maintain a strong service level to existing customers, maximizing revenue returns and fostering long-term relationships.
  • Deliver timely quotations for products to dealers/customers, ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on evolving product lines, providing expert knowledge to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proactively resolve customer-related issues and provide professional support for all inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including Production, Scheduling, Shipping, and R&D, to meet company objectives and customer needs.
  • Perform other duties as required to support our network of companies.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education or a combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of one year's experience interacting with others in a professional (B2B) setting and building client relationships.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a team environment without supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Exposure to carpentry and/or building supplies is an asset.
