Job Title: Area Sales Manager

At AFC Automotive Finance Canada Inc, we're seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow the portfolio organically
  • Manage and service customer accounts, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop promotional efforts
  • Utilize CRM tools and work queues to understand customer needs and preferences
  • Travel frequently within your market to support current and prospective customers
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
  • Ability to adapt to audiences and effectively resolve core dealer issues
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
  • Proficient in using technology required for the position, including mobile applications and software

  • Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 CAD + 15% Quarterly Incentive Plan
