About the Role

**Drive Business Growth and Excellence**

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at Atlantic Lottery. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, improving operational performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership on matters related to achievement of the corporate strategy and financial goals.
  • Lead the development and implementation of financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Oversee the management of financial reporting tools and systems, ensuring timely and accurate data-driven decision making.
  • Direct oversight and stewardship of people and culture, finance, supply chain management, employee communications, change management, process excellence, and business intelligence and research.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business innovation and growth.
Requirements
  • At least 15 years of senior management experience in a financial leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving operational performance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Exceptional financial management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and drive business decisions.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
