About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our North America practice as a Senior Associate. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to analyze data, prioritize projects, and develop effective solutions to drive business improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Analyze data to provide a fact-based foundation for decision-making
  2. Facilitate the prioritization of projects and identify areas of high value within the client's business
  3. Develop and implement effective solutions to drive business improvement
  4. Coach client analysts and line managers to build relationships and share skills
  5. Draw on and develop leadership skills to build a culture of continuous improvement
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with a strong academic background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence and build trust with senior managers. If you're passionate about results-driven consulting and have a track record of achieving tough targets, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Learn

At Partners in Performance, you'll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, including traditional management consulting tools and our proprietary business transformation methodologies. You'll be coached to become a skilled coach and developer of clients and colleagues, and you'll participate in a range of formal and informal training opportunities.

Requirements
