Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at JL13 Concepts Inc. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage and lead sales teams to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of business development and sales growth
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
