Job Description

We are seeking a UX Researcher/Experience Designer to join our team. As a UX Researcher/Experience Designer, you will help design teams and product teams to deeply empathize with clients or retailers, and dedicate teams' collective execution to delivering experiences that bring delight to our customers.

You will have broad skills in UX research methods and a thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative research concepts. You will be a passionate researcher with observational and analytical skills, an impressive ability to collaborate with other teams and designers, and a relentless determination to do what is right for the company's customers.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research activities to inform design decisions, utilizing various methods including surveys, interviews, usability testing, focus groups, contextual inquiry, etc.
  • Work with Designers and Product Managers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Advocate research findings to diverse audiences through workshops, written reports, and presentations.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, latest research methods, and AI advancements to continually refine research practices.
  • Familiarity with E-commerce and POS industry is a plus.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, more than 3 years working experience in UX UI, art design, HCI, linguistics, sociology, psychology, and related professional backgrounds is preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, with a focus on strategic thinking, problem solving, attention to details, and a customer-centric approach.
  • Be familiar with the methods of the whole process of experience design, and have a deep understanding and practice.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently, while also being a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent communication with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent full-time position, working remotely.
