Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resource Coordination Specialist to join our team at Paladin Security. As a key member of our Client Service Team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our portfolio resources.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and fill open shifts, reducing overtime and ensuring accurate scheduling support for our teams.
  • Work closely with our Client Service Team to ensure staffing needs are met and proactively addressed, adhering to our contractual obligations.
  • Coordinate with multiple operational stakeholders, including Site Supervisors, Security Guards, CSMs, Senior Management, and our Operations Centre.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of Employment Standards Legislation and Human Rights Legislation.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, problem-solve, and execute solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on industry standards and the level of expertise required for this role.
