About the Role:

At Mass Markets, we're seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Representative. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to provide accurate information and sell suitable products and services.
  • Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively to manage high call volumes and meet performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 18 years of age.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong typing skills (20+ words per minute).
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Physical Requirements:
