About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Website Specialist to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our digital team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our website, ensuring it is up-to-date, accurate, and provides an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
  • Manage and update website content, including publishing new content and ensuring accuracy
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure website design and functionality meet business objectives
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure website meets accessibility and usability standards
  • Support the launch of new digital projects, including requirements gathering, documentation, and user testing
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and customers
