- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring that all financial resources are used efficiently.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
