Leveraging expertise in network technologies, Airport Inn is seeking a skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join its team. With a focus on hotel operations, this role is pivotal in ensuring seamless network connectivity for both guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and secure network devices to support hotel operations, including routers and switches.

• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime and maximal guest satisfaction.

• Implement security measures to safeguard the hotel network, preventing unauthorized access and potential threats.

• Provide technical support to hotel staff, addressing network-related concerns and resolving issues promptly.

• Set up and install new hardware, including network devices and peripherals, to maintain optimal network performance.

• Manage network hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and optimal functionality.

• Monitor network performance, identifying potential issues and resolving them to ensure smooth operations.

• Perform data backups to prevent data loss and ensure business continuity.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in network administration and maintenance.

• College, CEGEP, or equivalent certification in a related field.

• Strong knowledge of network technologies, including routers, switches, and security protocols.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with hotel staff and guests.
