Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Papa John's Pizza Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient kitchen procedures to meet production demands
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about menu items, preparation methods, and quality control standards
- Monitor inventory levels and manage food and supply costs to maintain profitability
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
- 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Proven track record of success in supervising and training kitchen staff
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
