Job Overview



As a Digital Product Leader for Enterprise Technology Solutions at Cineplex, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape. With a strong focus on Call Centre Technology and ServiceNow ITSM/CSM platforms, this position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise and drive business value through innovative solutions.

About the Role

In this hybrid position, you will work 3 days per week from our Toronto office, with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and prioritize the backlog of work, ensuring a clear roadmap for delivery and setting milestones that balance internal team efforts with external implementation partners when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead the development of business capabilities, core requirements, and technical solutions using best practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors to acquire knowledge on system configuration and provide third-level support management.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of business goals, processes, and practices to translate them into system functionality and user-requirements.
  • Effective problem investigation and resolution, including gathering evidence from logs, reports, application data, etc.
  • Manage internal and vendor support tickets, presenting evidence in a coherent format.
  • Ongoing learning and adaptation to new applications and 'out-of-the-box' solutions.


Requirements & Qualifications



This role requires a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business Administration, along with 5+ years of Product Management experience. You should have strong analytical skills, clear communication/presentation skills, and knowledge of business analysis, SQL queries, and Agile Methodologies. Additionally, experience with ServiceNow (ITSM/CSM), Call Centre VoIP technologies, and managing external professional service vendors is highly desirable.
