Our client in the West Island is a leading healthcare provider seeking a highly skilled administrative assistant to join their team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced receptionist and administrative assistant with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills to provide administrative support to our clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional patient care and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the clinic, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and performing clerical tasks.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient records.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, staff, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $25-30/hour.
  • 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
  • 2 weeks paid vacation.
  • Benefits package available.
