Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banking Associate to join our team. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the ongoing improvement of our branch's customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance knowledge and skills, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Bank policies.

Requirements

  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field (e.g., business, finance, marketing) is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
