Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a high-performance team culture by demonstrating a relentless commitment to excellence.
  • Manage and coach team members to provide continuous feedback, support, and opportunities for growth and development.
  • Develop strong partnerships with leaders across the business to provide trusted business advice and insights.
  • Conduct annual Audit Universe Risk Assessments to identify areas of highest risk and inform the Annual Internal Audit Plan.
  • Prepare and oversee the execution of reporting to Executive Management and the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
  • Contribute to thought leadership and continuous improvement of internal audit processes and internal control matters.
  • Guide and coach the Manager, Internal Audit on scheduling and assigning auditors to engagements.
  • Present engagement findings to senior executives and manage key/high-risk internal audit engagements.
  • Leverage previous experience in conducting investigations to execute EthicsLine investigations for reports received in the areas of fraud, misappropriation, and accounting irregularities.
  • Conduct annual C3 optimization reviews to ensure the C3 program continues to include key controls for financial reporting.
