Job Summary

Bapa's Burritos Inc. is seeking a skilled Server to join our team in providing exceptional food and beverage services to our customers. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience, from taking orders to serving food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Present menus to customers and make recommendations on menu items, including daily specials.
    • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a timely manner.
    • Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service
    • Greet patrons and present menus in a welcoming and professional manner.
    • Answer questions regarding food and beverages, and provide recommendations as needed.
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or special requests.
  • Table Management
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs in a timely manner.
    • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment
    • Fast-paced environment with overtime required.
    • Physically demanding, with standing for extended periods.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, and team player.
Work Conditions
  • Up to 9 kg (20 lbs) weight handling.
  • 35 hours per week, with flexibility to work varying shifts.
