**Job Summary**

At Produktiv, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Strategist to lead our creative vision for brand and website projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for setting the direction and vision for how brands are implemented and executed across our agency and how we deliver website projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead company branding workshops and be the primary point of contact for new brand and website design projects.
  • Oversee the quality of design work across design, branding, and website projects.
  • Drive the company's creative portfolio vision and work with project leaders to pitch new design projects.
  • Be the first to respond to new design opportunities within client accounts and spearhead new initiatives.
  • Manage website and web application deployments with designers, developers, and project coordinators.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
  • Create content around design tips, hacks, and core design principles for our company's social media channels.
  • Be an active member of the Figma and design community.
  • Own the branding design process for the agency and run quarterly workshops with potential clients and design students.
  • Own the agency's design portfolio and message across company sales presentations and marketing materials.

**Requirements**

  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with the ability to work remotely and perform based on KPIs.
  • A strong design portfolio that shows design collaboration.
  • An energetic personality and passion for design education.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, design systems, auto layout, etc., and Wordpress development tools (Drag-and-drop builders, Theme Creation).
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and design software.
  • Passionate about being on the right side of change and thinking ahead of the curve.
  • Clear communication skills and scheduling across multiple projects.
