Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Reservation and Switchboard Agent to join our team at Silver Hotel Group. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, handling reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide courteous and efficient telephone service to guests, responding to inquiries and resolving challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservation Management: Process all requests, including changes and cancellations, and review and validate all reservation information to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Communication: Maintain complete knowledge of hotel facilities, services, and policies, and communicate this information to guests and colleagues as needed.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and provide support as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
