Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Vice President for Financial and Business Operations to join our team at Wassef Construction Ltd. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong background in financial management, business operations, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business operations strategies, including process improvement and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, business administration, or accounting.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in financial management and business operations.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make informed decisions.
