Executive Food Service Manager

Whifs Restaurant is seeking an experienced Executive Food Service Manager to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff. A secondary school diploma is required, and relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless food preparation.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, emphasizing adherence to quality control standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing excellent service and resolving issues promptly.
- Prepare and submit reports, highlighting areas for improvement and successes.
You will be leading a team of 1-4 people, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. Your leadership style should emphasize flexibility, teamwork, and open communication.
