Job Title: Building Services Worker

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Services Worker to join our team at Wiebe Properties Inc.

Job Summary

The Building Services Worker will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and repairing buildings and equipment.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent damage.
  • Work in all weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
