Job Title: Registered Massage Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Performance Health.

About the Role

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality massage therapy services to our clients. This includes assessing clients, developing treatment plans, and administering massage techniques to promote relaxation and relieve pain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify areas of tension and pain
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to address client needs and goals
  • Administer various massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, trigger point therapy, and hydrotherapy
  • Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, risks, and benefits
  • Maintain accurate records of treatments and client progress
Requirements
  • Registration with a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
