Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Process orders and quotations using various methods and collaborate with the inside sales team
Manage all incoming phone calls in a professional manner
Source parts and equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers
Understand clients' needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable customer relationships and trust through open communication
Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures
Address customer concerns and offer solutions in a timely manner
Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness
Participate in after-hours on-call rotation and attend the branch for emergency call-outs
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Professional phone manner and customer service skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Problem-solving abilities
High School Diploma
Good sales abilities and persuasiveness
Ability to work under pressure unsupervised
Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
Good organization skills
Professional demeanor
Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales, or technical field (an asset)
Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset)
