We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Representative to join our team at A & A Customs Brokers. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our client base and enhancing our market presence.

Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our comprehensive customs brokerage services. To excel in this position, you must have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in a similar role, and be familiar with the customs brokerage and logistics industry.

The ideal candidate will possess strong sensitivity and understanding of customers' needs, situations, and expectations. You will be expected to build business relationships and partnerships based on trust and mutual respect. Positivity and adaptability in an ever-changing environment with shifting priorities are also essential for this role.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of approximately $75,000 per year, plus commission.
