Maintenance Manager

Aurora Cannabis is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Maintenance Management: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Capital Investment Planning: Develop and maintain a strategic capital investment plan to support the long-term growth and sustainability of the organization.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the facility team.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure that all maintenance and engineering activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Asset Management and Lifecycle Planning: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the lifecycle of equipment and infrastructure.
- Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Utilize data analytics tools and performance metrics to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance, engineering, and facility operations.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance and engineering roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills: Strong project management skills with experience in project planning, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of regulatory requirements, safety standards, and best practices in maintenance and engineering.
