Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at the Rose Garden Restaurant.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized dishroom, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit;
• Operate dishwashers and manually wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware;
• Restock refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and storage areas with supplies;
• Receive, unpack, and store deliveries in designated areas;
• Participate in cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen equipment, appliances, and work surfaces;
• Handle and store cleaning products safely;
• Remove trash and garbage from the kitchen area;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
• Will train on-the-job;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods;
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• A competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience;
