The RoleWe're seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to provide critical legal support and guidance to our executive team and various departments within the firm.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Structuring commercial agreements and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
- Working collaboratively with outside legal specialists in areas such as partnership law, securities litigation, and regulatory compliance;
- Providing proactive legal advice and guidance to support the growth and success of Q Wealth Partners.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A strong background in law, with a focus on commercial transactions and regulatory compliance;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and other stakeholders;
- Familiarity with AI applications in legal work, particularly those related to document drafting and review;
- A flexible schedule and willingness to work in a hybrid remote environment.
