We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team at TV2 Consulting. As a Test Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute test cases and log results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Document defects using bug tracking systems and collaborate with the development team to resolve issues.
  • Review Business Requirement Documents to ensure comprehensive test case coverage and identify potential risks.
  • Assist in maintaining the traceability matrix and updating test cases to reflect software changes.
  • Develop and maintain regression test suites to ensure seamless integration with new features and updates.
  • Utilize relevant testing tools to effectively execute test cases and identify defects.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure end-to-end testing of software applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with software changes and update test cases accordingly.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in executing test cases and reporting results.
  • Experience with bug tracking systems for documenting defects.
  • Ability to read and understand BRDs and translate requirements into test cases.
  • Knowledge of maintaining traceability matrices.
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining regression test suites.
  • Familiarity with various testing tools and their effective application.
  • Experience with end-to-end software testing.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to update test cases in line with software changes.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
What We Offer
  • Opportunity to work onsite in Montreal, Canada up to 3 days a week.
  • 37.5 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday.
  • Temporary Contractor position for 1 year.
