Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the Anti-Human Trafficking programs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement program strategies, goals, and objectives, in collaboration with the Director and other stakeholders.
  • Supervise and manage a team of program staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure high-quality program delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective program integration and coordination.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making recommendations for improvement and growth.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the non-profit sector.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on program development and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and partnership-building.
