We are a dynamic and innovative company seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor at SVN FUEL, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and leading a high-performing sales team.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year

Job Description
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Assign Sales Duties: Effectively allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members to maximize sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Hire and Train: Identify, recruit, and train top talent to fill critical sales roles and drive business growth.
  • Authorize Payments: Oversee payment processing and ensure timely disbursements to vendors and suppliers.
  • Merchandise Management: Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Sales Reporting: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Secondary Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; however, post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English is essential for effective communication with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
