Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Capital Partner to join our team in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and execution of human resource plans and objectives that align with the company's overall goals.

Main Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with management to implement and administer human resources programs and business initiatives, including recruitment, employer branding, employee relations, dispute resolution, talent development, and compensation.
• Provide guidance and support on change management, coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
• Conduct thorough and objective workplace investigations, maintain knowledge of legal requirements, and reduce legal risks to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition during the recruitment cycle, track and analyze recruitment metrics, and optimize SOPs and systems for improved efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Positions Descriptions, educate leaders on total compensation, and facilitate coordination of onboarding and offboarding requirements.

Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Human Resources/Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Human Resource Professional designation is an asset.
• 7 years of progressive generalist human resources experience, with a track record of mentoring junior members of the team.
• Strong recruitment and employer branding skills, as well as broad technical HR skills, including compensation, benefits, and employee development.
• Excellent verbal, written, and relationship management skills, ability to interact at all levels of the organization, and proven critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Educational Background:
We are looking for candidates with a strong educational background in Human Resources or Business Administration. A degree from a reputable institution will be considered an asset.

Estimated Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
