About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Grantek Systems Integration. This key role is responsible for driving the growth of new business opportunities and contributing to the company's revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Business Development: Develop and execute strategies to identify, target, and acquire new clients, leveraging market research, networking, and outreach tactics.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and align our services with their goals, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Collaborate with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Proposal Development: Ensure the development of high-quality proposals that meet client needs and expectations, resulting in successful project implementations.
Requirements
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales or Account Management, with a strong background in business development and client relationship management.
  • A post-secondary education in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Marketing, is preferred.
  • Demonstrated skills critical for managerial success, including leadership, decisiveness, flexibility, sound judgment, and highly developed analytical and critical skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% across North America, as required.
