About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Industrial Management Services. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
