McMillan is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Receptionist and Events Coordinator to join our Montreal Hospitality & Concierge Services team.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of meetings, events, and daily activities in our office. Your exceptional client service skills, bilingual communication abilities, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and announce visitors, answer and transfer calls as needed
  • Maintain boardroom settings and provide concierge service support for clients and lawyers
  • Support event coordination and logistics, including liaising with external vendors and coordinating event setup
  • Oversee boardroom bookings and coordinate related logistics
  • Provide back-up support to the Business Centre and assist with special projects and functions
