About the Opportunity

Aritzia is growing, and our Business Support Solution Delivery department is expanding with it. As a Digital Technology Strategist, you'll be part of a team designing, implementing, and continuously improving business technology solutions that meet our strategic goals.

You'll collaborate with internal People & Culture partners and external partners to lead transformative technology projects that enable Aritzia's high-performing talent to drive business results. Your focus will be on supporting people growth and career development while enjoying your own rewarding experience at Aritzia.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Establish a clear vision and direction for business technology solutions at Aritzia, prioritizing opportunities, leveraging top talent, and driving efficiency.
  • Identify and deliver innovative technology solutions meeting business needs for today and tomorrow.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to gather and translate business requirements into scalable, user-centric designs.
  • Determine technical architecture and feasibility for proposed technology solutions.
  • Ensure design intent is realized and works seamlessly with existing systems and infrastructure.
  • Provide reliable and performant technology solutions with excellent proactive and reactive support.
  • Seamlessly lead day-to-day functions in support of corporate objectives, enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven skills in Workday or Human Resource Management Systems, Payroll, Workforce Planning, ERP, Financial Reporting, and Business Intelligence systems.
  • Experience working with industry-specific human resource process and technology challenges or automation projects.
  • Collaborative mindset working with internal and external development teams.
  • Strong requirement-gathering and solution-designing skills.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $165,000 - $240,000. This role may also be eligible for bonus and equity. Our Everyday Luxury compensation package offers comprehensive benefits, aspirational workspaces, and elevated employee perks and experiences.
