The Role

We seek a highly skilled Digital Product Marketing Strategist to accelerate growth in new product categories, specifically in fraud and payments. This role focuses on driving adoption of newly developed products while shaping the direction of our roadmap. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, prioritizing customer-centricity and initiatives that drive value.

You will enjoy working with our flat and collaborative organization, where your work will be highly visible and impactful. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of Go-to-Market, requiring close collaboration with various teams from Customer Success Managers to Product SVPs.

We are based in Seattle, WA or Vancouver, BC, with a hybrid work model allowing for in-person collaboration three days a week. Occasional travel may be required for customer and market research, team events, and industry conferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Product teams on all stages of product development, including shaping roadmaps, monitoring performance, and providing recommendations on product strategy and GTM approach.
  • Conduct thorough research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, customer needs, and product opportunities, and develop actionable insights to inform product strategy and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and refine positioning and messaging that resonates with target buyers, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of competitive positioning.
  • Foster deep knowledge of customers and disseminate it throughout the organization, including customer segments, buyer personas, gathering and analyzing customer feedback, exploring new use cases, and influencing product growth.
  • Create engaging sales enablement materials and collateral highlighting the value our products bring to customers.
  • Work closely with the Enablement team to develop and deliver training and resources for sales and marketing teams, enhancing their ability to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Develop a range of content types, such as whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and video scripts, to support marketing and sales objectives.
  • Provide expert marketing guidance to ensure content is informative, engaging, and tailored to target audiences at various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure a cohesive and effective market strategy.
  • Develop and track metrics to measure outcomes and effectiveness of marketing efforts for our products.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or product management in B2B tech.
  • 2+ years of experience in fraud or financial services.
  • Proven ability to perform market research and use insights to inform decision-making.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for clear and effective messaging.
  • Experience in content creation, including whitepapers, blog posts, LinkedIn content.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience working in one or more of the following: Fraud, Risk Management, iGaming.
  • Previous experience working with distributed international teams.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $130,000 - $155,000, depending on qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a competitive salary package, we offer:
